Vincent buys the Apples from a biodynamic orchard in Normandy, without treatment and eco-grazed by sheep. The apples are sent to Auvergne where they are pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts. The end result is a delicious cider with great aromatics. The name Hell Cider refers to Vincent's idea that the only thing you want to drink when it's hot as hell outside is cold cider.
