On Monday, June 20th Blanche will be taking over our kitchen!
Eric studied at at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France. He then started at Le Chateaubriand, where they won a Michelin star, and later made his way through Café du Coin and Le Grand Bain. Upon his return to Puerto Rico, he worked at Vianda and is currently hosting private dinners as Blanche Supper Club in Caguas.
